Ashy 18 months

How incredible it has been to watch my two girls slowly grow from helpless babies into walking and talking little girls. We love silliness in this house and hours of giggles. Cahill and Ashlynn are best friends who spend half of the time snuggling and loving and the other half of the time well lets just say not so friendly. (Ashlynn gave Cahill a bloody nose an hour ago). But Ashlynn has been the perfect accent to our silly life. She is dynamic, rough and tough, busy, has lots of attitude, climbs everything, extremely determined and loves her momma. Her favorite time of day is right before bedtime when she can have her mom all to herself. We snuggle in the big bed and read books and make animal sounds and hug and kiss and say our bedtime prayers. All I have to say is lets read some books and she will come running to me and head to the room. She will climb into the bed and pat the pillow for me to join her. Currently her favorite book is "Jamberry" as she loves the ryhmes and pictures and looking for the frog and mouse. She also loves "Goodnight Moon"! Her newest word is sorry, her favorite sign in sign language is more and her favorite sound is "meow"! We have learned a lot more about her personality in the last month as she has been healthier and in a lot less pain. What we have discovered is a very determined and head strong little girl. She loves any kind of water bathtub, mud puddle, lake, river even the toilet. She just wants to play in the water all of the time. When she was younger if she was screaming her head off all you had to do was turn the faucet on. But even though she is a determined little thing she is also very relaxed on issues that her sister would freak on like if the seam of the sock was lined up. She loves meatballs, frozen peas, eggs, chocolate and hates any type of fruit. Okay Okay I know I could go on forever. But when and if you have a chance to meet Ashlynn you will soon understand why she is such a treasure to her family and why Cahill loves her like she does. Here are some of her 18 month shots.
