Second year shots

I planned out the perfect afternoon to take Cahill's two year picture. But of course the weather threw more then a wrinkle into our plans. It was cold and windy and then at then we had storms and rain come through. So her perfect outfit was set aside and we decided to just do some daddy/ baby shots and have fun. Hopefully I will get the time, weather and energy to attempt some more 2nd year shots.

On another note we went to a new Dr for Cahill's 2 year check up. I have been to a couple of different Dr's and just was not able to find the perfect fit for Cahill. As most of you know after research, Kurt and I decided to not vaccinate our children. This choice has made it difficult in finding a perfect Dr for us. But today we found him and he was wonderful. He still supports vaccinations but believes that is the parent's choice. He was very happy to see how healthy Cahill was and was surprised that she has never had to take antibiotics or has ever had a serious cold. She weighed in at 26 pounds and she is 36 inches tall. She was in the 30th percentile in her weight but she was in the 90th percentile in her height. Cahill has been peeing on the potty about twice a day and I just purchased some pull ups to start using to encourage more potty training.As for the new baby I will have my 8th month check up Friday. The new baby is crazy just like her older sister, she moves all of the time and sometimes feels as though she can move my entire body with all of her jumping around. Not only does she move a lot but she eats a lot more then Cahill ever did.
