Our Trip

There seems to be so many stories and pictures to share I do not even know where to start. To sum it up we had so much fun visiting my brother and spending time with each of the members of the Helm's herd. My brother was so kind in showing us sights and driving us around Annapolis. We ate incredible Chinese food, saw the German market (incredible for anyone that loves to cook) and even saw where Justin works on base. Kurt and I had the privilege of renting a car and driving on some crazy highways. (God teaches patience in many different ways :) )
Once we arrived back to the Helms we played volleyball, basketball and tennis. We went shopping, watched Fireproof (incredible movie), spent a day in DC, played games with the family and just relaxed. We had wonderful nights of sleep, ate incredible food and just witnessed the love of God through our family members. Every member of the family changed and pushed back schedules to be able to accommodate us. Alyssa was also so kind to take time out of her day to take some family pictures of the Stimpsons in Manassas, VA. Cahill had the time of her life with all the kids and cried when it was bedtime and she had to leave. We are excited to go back out there someday and spend some more quality time with Uncle Justin and the Helms.
