Has anyone seen a toothless crawler???

The past couple of weeks have been a little busy in the Stimpson household so I have not been as attentive to the blog as I normally am. I will try in the future to post weekly even if it is just photos. Cahill has been roaming around the house like a crazy little crawler babbling at everyone and everything. Her newest trick is to start crawling, pause and then try to stand up. She will be on all four and will straighten her legs until she realizes that is as far as she can go. She has been trying to climb everything but so far can only make it to her knees. This morning when she woke up I took her from her crib and put her in the big bed with me. She started by climbing on me and then decided to try to climb the pillows. She soon discovered that she could straighten her legs on all fours and walk along the pillows. I know she just started crawling two weeks ago but mark my words she will be walking in less then 4 weeks. I am sure by next weekend she will figure out how to pull herself into a standing position. Another one of her past times is to hang onto the outside of the crib and actually walk along the crib as she holds on for dear life.

This past week she has also learned to say the letter "B". So she will be babbling and then say "dada", "baba" and then continue to babble.


This past week has also been fun for mom and dad as we were able to spend time with Aunt Dawn and Aunt Linda. We tried to visit as much as possible as we only see Dawn once in a great while. At first Cahill did not know what to think about Dawn but before long she was in love with her. We thought about kidnapping Dawn but we were not sure how that would look so decided that we would let her go. (but next time no promises)
